Experienced and Accessible Legal Counsel
Attorney Barlow has practiced in the local community since 1991. We work hard to be available when you have questions or concerns about your legal rights. We focus our practice on issues related to:
- Bankruptcy—We focus exclusively on Chapter 7 filings, helping you permanently discharge certain debts in exchange for the sale of non-exempt property. We will prepare and file all required documents, and will represent you in meetings or hearings with creditors, the bankruptcy trustee or the court.
- Family law—We handle all matters arising out of divorce, from child custody and visitation to support and property issues. We also assist clients with adoptions, paternity actions, legal separations, annulments and grandparents’ rights.
- Estate planning—We will help you take the necessary measures to put an effective estate plan in place, preparing all the necessary documentation, including wills and trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, health care agents, living wills and conservatorships.
